The warranty is valid only with the enclosed original bill and a filled and verified guarantee sheet by the seller. All faults caused during the warranty period, caused by defective parts or bad workmanship, will be free of charge in an authorized service. If the fault has not been rectified within 45 days of receiving the product to service, the device will be replaced. Replacement approval is provided by Tronex central service only. If the repair lasts longer than 30 days the warranty will be extended for the duration of the service. Please keep the original packaging of the product during the warranty period. Any damage caused during transporting of the product in the non-original packaging goes to the buyer’s account and the sender.
The warranty is valid if:
- no invoice/bill was provided with the product and a properly filled guarantee sheet
- the data on the guarantee sheet is deleted or altered
- the serial number and product type are removed or altered
- the device was opened or attempted to be fixed by an unauthorized person
- the buyer did not used product by the instructions
- the device is used for professional or semi-professional purposes
- a malfunction caused by mechanical damage, lightning strike, electric shock, fire, moisture, fluid or for any reason caused by inappropriate use or force.
The warranty does not cover regular checking, cleaning and maintenance or replacement of consumable parts that are worn during normal using of the product (batteries, bags and suction pads, filters etc.) The guarantee for all remote controls is 1 year. In case of “dead” bright or dark pixels in the LCD and Plasma TV, the ISO13406-2 standard will be applied. The warranty for assembly products (air conditioners, etc.) is only recognized if the product has been installed by an authorized service.
